Kaeser Rotary Screw Blowers
Rotary screw blowers use isentropic compression. The screw-like rotors rotate in opposite directions, gradually decreasing the volume of the available air space and compressing it. The blower releases air at a slightly higher pressure than the intake air. It offers very efficient operation and doesn’t generate much waste heat during operation. At Kaeser, we optimize the efficiency of our rotary screw blower units so users can reduce energy consumption by up to 35%. Our products are also compliant with ISO 1217 requirements.

Kaeser HBC Rotary Lobe Blowers
Rotary lobe blowers use isochoric compression, maintaining a constant volume of air in the compression chamber. As the lobes rotate, they make the available space shrink, thereby compressing the air. Rotary lobe blowers offer benefits such as consistent, reliable airflow and easy maintenance.

Large Packaging Kaeser Blowers
Kaeser large packaging blowers are large-scale rotary lobe blowers that are low-maintenance and high-performance. Each unit has tri-lobe blower blocks and can be individually configured to meet specialized needs. These blowers can also be used for nitrogen conveying. We provide two large packaging Kaeser blower models with the following capabilities:
- 14.5 psi maximum differential gauge pressure, 4,414 ft³/min maximum usable flow rate

Kaeser Magnetic Bearing Turbo Blowers
